Associate Attorney The candidate will oversee, plan, and manage a personal injury caseload. The caseload will consist of both litigation and pre-litigation cases (if experience allows). You will work directly with the Case Managers and Paralegals assigned to the case and will handle the case through the settlement disbursement. Handle your cases the correct way, with the support of more senior attorneys, the financing to hire the needed experts, and the ability to work your caseload in a team environment. Thrive in an environment that places an emphasis on providing customer service, connecting with your clients, and provides the structure that will allow this. Should have 3 years relevant work experience; Excellent writing skills; Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Windows environment; Demonstrated organizational and multitasking skills; Enjoys working in a collaborative team environment; High energy individual who enjoys providing good customer service to clients; Stress tolerance; Listening Skills; Spanish Speaking a Plus. Should have a J.D. Degree from an ABA approved law school, current license to practice in the State of Arizona and 3 plus years of relevant Personal Injury experience. The selected candidate must possess strong oral advocacy and negotiation skills, excellent writing skills and demonstrated proficiency in the use of case management and other software programs customarily used in a PI Practice. Experience in conducting depositions, mediations and arbitrations is also necessary.
