Electrical Patent Attorney The candidate will be preparing and prosecuting patent applications with the primary focus on electrical and electronics. Will perform landscape analysis, freedom-to-operate investigations, and patentability searches under the guidance of experienced patent professionals. Must have Bachelor s degree in electrical engineering or related scientific experience. Must have 2+ years of experience in preparing and prosecuting patent applications. Experience with patent preparation and prosecution in the electrical and electronics area is required. Must be registered to practice before the USPTO. J.D. degree from an accredited law school preferred.
