Nurse Paralegal The candidate will work with attorneys for defense of medical-legal cases. Obtain, organize, and review medical records. Prepare and forward medical records to experts and outside counsel. Prepare reports, medical and billing summaries and correspondence. Conduct medical research and background investigation for parties to litigation and experts. Should have a nursing degree and 3-5 years of experience. Prior work experience in a law firm is highly desirable. Must have strong computer skills and a demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, and Word and other database applications and strong internet research skills. Articulate, organized team player with excellent grammar and writing skills.
