Bankruptcy Paralegal The candidate must have 2-3 years of on-point, creditor-side bankruptcy experience (motion preparation, proof of claim preparation and experience with hearing resolution are examples of the desired type of experience). Must have knowledge of the legal bankruptcy process. Should know the basics of Microsoft Office products, have the ability to learn our case management system and be willing to grow and adapt as technology does.
