Bilingual Immigration Court Paralegal The candidate will manage a large caseload with a focus on matters before the Immigration Courts, Board of Immigration Appeals and 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. Must be able to meet with clients to prepare applications and declarations in support of their applications for relief. Must be able to manage their caseload and prioritize deadlines. Must have excellent writing skills and assist attorney in preparing motions to continue, motions to place on status dockets, motions for change of venues and motions for telephonic hearings. High school or equivalent (Preferred).Paralegal Certificate (Preferred). Spanish (Preferred). Must have 3 years of experience (Spanish and English).
