Attorney Technology and Commercial Agreements The candidate should have 1-3 years of experience in commercial contract review to join our team of experienced attorneys in the Commercial and Technology (CAT) Practice Area. Work involves assisting clients with the numerous contractual arrangements arising during the business lifecycle. Depending on the extent of clients needs, CAT team attorneys may take on the work of contract drafting, review and/or negotiation. Must have experience reviewing, revising, drafting, managing and negotiating a variety of vendor, and supply chain contracts, including technology and licensing agreements. Should have ability to efficiently research, draft, interpret and summarize commercial and technology contracts. Must have excellent academic and professional credentials.
