Paralegal The candidate will be preparing legal documents and correspondence for attorney. Will be preparing of commercial loan and closing documents. Drafting and monitoring closing checklists. Overseeing and organizing commercial loan files from commitment through closing. Reviewing title reports, surveys and organizational documents. Facilitating communication between all parties of transaction, including lenders attorneys, title companies, etc. Preparing corporate documents for form corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies. Completing stock certificates and franchise forms. Creating and maintaining corporate minute books. Preparing documents necessary to comply with federal, state and local regulations to conduct business activities. Secure signaturing on contracts and documents such as power of attorney forms, estate documents, assignments and declarations. Performing other paralegal duties and special projects as may be assigned. Should have prior experience with complex commercial contracts, compliance and drafting legal correspondence. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) is needed. Must have strong communication and organization skills. Paralegal certificate or Degree is required.
