Junior Paralegal Duties: Practice areas include civil litigation (insurance defense), professional liability, personal injury defense. Analyze and summarize documents, summarize depositions, prepare discovery responses, online legal and general research; draft case management conference statements, and other basic pleadings; trial preparation (trial exhibits, draft jury instructions and trial subpoenas). Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required. 1+ year of law-related experience under the supervision of an attorney -OR- certificate of completion from an ABA-approved paralegal program. Highly organized, detail oriented and self-motivated.
