Part-time Trusts and Estates Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be helping with all aspects of managing a law firm and dealing with client matters. Responsibilities will include conducting conflict checks, speaking with prospective clients, working on internal factual and legal memoranda, conducting investigations and performing legal research under supervision, organizing legal documents and filing legal documents with courts, drafting correspondence, taking calls, calendaring appointments, and working on billing issues. Must have experience working on trusts and estates litigation or administration matters, and be a quick learner who adapts to change well, is extremely organized, is comfortable handling conflicts as they arise, and is attentive to detail. Bachelor's degree is needed.
