Senior Paralegal - Commercial Real Estate Candidate will: Assist in drafting real estate documents, preparing closing documents, conducting due diligence reviews and coordinating closings as required for commercial real estate transactions. Ordering, reviewing and analyzing title commitments, recorded documents and surveys. Develop, monitor and update closing, and other checklists, for real estate transactions. Assist with drafting documents for commercial, resort and mixed use developments, as well as draft lease amendments for attorney review. Will require forming L.L.C.s, partnerships and drafting organizational documents, authority certificates and resolutions. Reporting and research will be delivered to the appropriate parties , counsel, lenders, governmental agencies, vendors, etc. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree and/or Paralegal Certificate. 8 years experience as a paralegal supporting a Commercial Real Estate practice group in a law firm environment. Title and survey experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and attention to detail. Preferred Requirements: Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Large firm experience.
