Family Law Attorney The candidate responsibilities include drafting petitions, motions, discovery, letter writing, deposition preparation, appear in court, and more. Must possess knowledge of the Family Code Sections applicable to custody and visitation Requests for Order, preparation of PDDs, Discovery, Domestic Violence Restraining Orders, have experience in drafting detailed declarations in support of requests including ex parte applications and other family law pleadings. Trial preparation would be a plus. Must have 2 years experience in family law. Must be licensed in California and in good standing.
