Personal Injury Pre-litigation Paralegal The candidate responsibilities include: preparing and reviewing client records and organizing case files along with being the main communication with clients, medical professionals, and insurance adjusters. Should have client focused with excellent communication and leadership skills. 1-3 years in the personal injury law field is required. Must be a self-starter and be able to work with little to no supervision. Should have experience working with personal injury clients. Should be prepared to organize client files. Experience with ordering medical records from various medical professionals. Should be comfortable with being the main point of contact for clients and insurance adjusters.
