Dynamic Associate Attorney The candidate will handle complex Federal Court financial litigation by day and attend Investment Banking Conferences and Entrepreneurial social events at night. Should have a professional look, attitude and approach to firm matters. 1 full year of experience in drafting pleadings, drafting discovery and motion practice (drafting and court appearances) in civil financial and commercial cases in Federal Courts in New York, (Massachusetts, Florida and Texas also helpful but not required). Must be admitted in New York. Must be able to handle moderate caseload with clear communications with office staff and senior counsel. MyCase firm management software platform experience preferred. Active member of the New York State Bar required.
