Mandarin-Speaking Patent Attorney/Agent The Candidate will be responsible to offers a comprehensive suite of IP counseling services including analytics-driven portfolio analysis, licensing negotiations, and freedom to operate analysis. Provides litigation and corporate services ranging from business formation, mergers and acquisitions, and FDA/regulatory counseling. The candidate should have USPTO registration number, and 3+ years of patent preparation and prosecution experience, and should speak and write fluent Mandarin. Expertise in software applications, machine learning, artificial intelligence, augmented/virtual reality, and/or optics is highly desired. Should have degrees in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical backgrounds.
