Health Care, Telemedicine Attorney The candidate should have extensive experience on telehealth matters, advising clients on regulatory compliance, reimbursement policies and operational considerations in this space. Must also have experience in advising clients on Medicare and Medicaid enrollment; HIPAA privacy issues, Stark and Anti-kickback Law compliance in both telehealth and other areas of health care regulatory law. Has the ability to work with hospitals, health systems, providers, and start-ups to build telemedicine arrangements across the United States. Working knowledge of federal and state health care regulatory environments required. A combination of law firm and in-house legal experience is preferred. Must hold a JD degree from a top tier, ABA-approved law school and must be in good standing and an active member of the Bar, D.C. Bar Preferred.
