Insurance Coverage Attorney The candidate join insurance coverage and bad faith litigation practice. Will have experience in insurance coverage analysis and litigation that includes: Drafting coverage opinions; Advising clients regarding complex insurance issues; Managing an assigned caseload; and All aspects of litigation. Should possess strong research and analytical skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, and able to work independently as well as within a team. Must be State of California Bar licensed and in good standing, additional admittance to Nevada Bar is a plus.
