Transactional Attorney The candidate must be well-versed in nonprofit, corporate and/or tax law. Should have expertise in advising business entities as they form and evolve, and competency drafting a variety of contracts for corporate clients. Must have experience with seeking and obtaining Federal Tax Exemption for public charities, private foundations, private operating foundations, and other exempt entities under 501(c). Should be familiar with necessary compliance filings, intermediate sanctions, UBIT, AG audits, etc. Must be a graduate of an ABA accredited law school, with 3+ years of relevant experience. Experience with Clio and Lexicata (legal CRM) software required.
