Legal Secretary The candidate's duties include calendaring deadlines and hearings, drafting and formatting documents, time entry for multiple attorneys, creation and management of document files. Must have 5-7 years of relevant legal assistant experience and enjoy working in a fast-paced professional office environment. Should preferably have a High school or equivalent education with 5 years of experience in Microsoft Office and Legal Secretary. A background in civil litigation, probate, and guardianships is beneficial. Must have proficient knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams. Must be highly organized and a self-starter, flexibility, and ability to prioritize responsibilities are necessary skills. Attention to detail and time management is critical. Knowledge of probate procedures for formal/informal appointments is preferred.
