Associate Attorney The candidate should have 3+ years of commercial litigation experience, preferably with an emphasis on insurance-related litigation. The ideal candidate will have experience investigating/defending first- and third-party claims, taking and defending depositions, drafting dispositive motions, and attending court hearings in state and federal court. Excellent research, writing, and independent thinking skills are essential. Will have the opportunity to handle the day-to-day responsibility for all aspects of the matters on which they work, from pre-litigation analysis and client recommendations through trial and appeal. Required license or certification: Colorado Bar.
