Receptionist / Legal Secretary The candidate duties will include: Calendaring court hearings; Scheduling meetings; Answering phones; Communicating with clients, courts, attorneys, and other entities; Reminding clients of court hearings; Taking phone messages; Checking email for court notifications and emails from clients; Greeting clients that come to the office; Processing payments and writing receipts. Will assist in: Mailing documents; Emailing documents; Copying/scanning documents; Creating form documents; Assist with projects and other assignments. Must have knowledge of computers and Windows. Should be proficient in Microsoft Word (creating tables, shortcuts, formatting docs). Must be able to type 45 words per minute. Some office experience preferred.
