Paralegal for Family and Criminal Defense (Bilingual Spanish/English) The candidate will conduct research to support legal proceedings. Will assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents. Will investigate facts to help in the negotiation of legal disputes. Will monitor and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Will record and store client information The candidate should have previous experience as a paralegal in Family Law and Criminal Law is a plus. Should have familiarity with legal research. Should have ability to prioritize and multitask. Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills; Deadline and detail-oriented. Must be extremely organized and detail oriented. Must have the ability to organize and prioritize numerous tasks while maintaining strong time management skills and while working under aggressive deadlines.
