Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for contact, gathering information, drafting correspondence, interacting with insurance adjusters and other attorneys' offices, assisting with demand packages, preparing and filing court documents, including law and motion, assisting with preparing and responding to discovery, as well as trial preparation and trial. Prior experience working in a personal injury law firm is preferable. Must have excellent organization skills and the ability to work independently. Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook is required and familiarity with Corel WordPerfect is a plus. Bilingual (English/Spanish) in both speaking and writing is desirable. Must have 1+ year of experience.
