Family Law Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for: Assist attorneys with deposition preparation, mediation preparation, trial preparation. Facilitate document production per local rules and discovery rules. Document review and analysis. Interview trial witnesses and coordinate appearances. Complete other duties as assigned. Must have Paralegal Certificate from qualified paralegal program or a Bachelor's Degree. Certified Paralegal designation helpful. Should have 3+ years of family law experience. Must be able to work well under pressure and be detail-oriented in nature.
