Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be able to perform a broad range of case-related duties under the supervision of an attorney. Will do tasks like case planning, development and management; legal research from library sources and/or using Lexis or other computer-assisted research program(s) selected by the Firm; fact gathering and retrieving information; drafting and analyzing legal documents; collecting, compiling, and utilizing technical information to make independent decisions and recommendations to supervising attorneys. Will provide computer-assisted litigation support. The candidate should have Certificate of completion from an ABA-approved Paralegal program and 2 plus years of paralegal experience is required.
