Floater Legal Secretary - Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Administration The candidate performs secretarial and clerical duties. Works closely with staff. Assists with the creation and maintenance of files and document indices. Create pleading shells. Create estate planning binders. Create documents in Word and pdf for estate planning matters. Create and format table of contents. Responds to and generates email messages. Transcribes from dictation. Filing and Indexing. Performs other duties as requested. Experience in estate planning/probate and trust administration helpful. Must be familiar with Court, Secretary of State and County Recorder filing/recording procedures and requirements. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Should have experience working with document management systems (comparable to OpenText eDocs (formerly known as Hummingbird DM). Document comparison software (comparable to compareDocs or Delta View/Workshare ). Document formatting software (comparable to Litera Innova or Legal MacPac). PDF Software (Adobe/Foxit). Scanning/OCR software.
