Litigation Trial Attorney - Plaintiff's Personal Injury The candidate will assist with telephone, in-person intake and sign up of potential new clients. Must have demonstrated negotiation experience. Team player with a positive and cooperative attitude. Client first attitude. Filing lawsuits, drafting and responding to written discovery, taking depositions, preparing clients and presenting them for depositions. Manage a litigation docket of between 50 to 75 cases. Excellent legal research, written and verbal communication skills. Willing to try at least 3 cases per year with firm co-counsel. Juris Doctor degree (i.e. JD). Texas State Bar licensed. 2+ years Plaintiff's personal injury litigation experience. Litigation experience are required. Solid knowledge of Texas civil procedure and personal injury law are required. Personal injury litigation experience are required. 1st chair trial experience are required. Experience with Needles case management software are required. Federal Court experience are required.
