Senior Litigation Attorney The candidate will represent clients in court or before government agencies. Will prepare cases for trial, including drafting demand letters, complaints, discovery requests, as well as responding to discovery. Depose witnesses, both lay and expert. Engage in significant motions practice. Prepare witnesses for deposition and trial. Negotiate settlements when the case calls for that. Should preferably have 3+ years of active litigation/trial experience. Must be comfortable trying cases in personal injury, medical malpractice, employment law, and corporate disputes. Very good writing and issue spotting skills are required.
