Attorney The candidate will join a personal injury law firm. Must be capable of handling all aspects of pre-litigation cases, such as conducting intake meetings, maintaining positive client relations, performing research/investigations, and negotiating settlements. Should have 1+ year of personal injury experience. Must have strong negotiation skills. Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluency in Spanish is a plus. Must be an active member of the State Bar of Nevada in good standing.
