Real Estate/Estate Planning Attorney The candidate will be working with clients on their real estate needs (buying/selling homes, deeds, easements) and their estate planning needs (wills, powers of attorney, trusts). Understand the importance of Estate Planning and are committed to providing client-centric solutions that best fit clients needs. Have proven organizational and time-management skills. Must be a Licensed Attorney. Must have working knowledge of real estate law and estate planning. Should preferable have 6 months - 1 year of experience working in real estate in private practice, including familiarity with SoftPro and Title Searches. Have 6 months - 1 year experience drafting and executing estate planning documents is desired.
