Seeking Associate Attorney with experience in personal injury practice to work. Candidate will be handling hearings, legal writing and research, drafting motions, negotiating cases and liens, working with witnesses, clients and experts, handling medical issues in catastrophic injury litigation including medical malpractice, product liability, motor vehicle/trucking cases, premises liability and admiralty. Will handle depositions and hearings, and work the partners as a team in mediations and trials. Must have experience taking and defending depositions and arguing motions in Court. Must have excellent writing skills, including drafting motions and complaints and responding to discovery requests.
