Title : Litigation Paralegal

Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for drafting standard pleadings including answers, third party summonses and complaints, combined discovery, disclosures, stipulations, general motions, proposed orders and notices. Processing and following up on authorizations for the receipt of medical, employment, tax, FOIL and other records. Reviewing and summarizing medical records. Summarize transcripts. Document review, redactions, privilege logs and productions. Trial assistance and preparation. Communications with clients, experts and opposing counsel. The candidate must have a Bachelor's degree; paralegal certificate is preferred. 2+ years of CO litigation experience is preferred. Experience with defense litigation is required. Experience with construction defect is a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
