Personal Injury & Mass Tort Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with Attorneys & move cases forward. Regularly communicate with clients regarding their case. Preparing for and assisting with trials and depositions. Scheduling hearings with courts. Preparing and issuing discovery. Drafting motions and other pleadings. Preparing state court petitions and federal court complaints. Coordinate law office activity. Conducting research to support a legal proceeding. The candidate should have 3+ Years (plaintiff) personal injury or mass tort paralegal experience. Should have Paralegal certification or college program completed. Should be able to handle a large docket. Should be proficient in all MS Office applications. Bilingual is a plus (English & Spanish). Experience with the "Needles" case management system is a plus. Experience with medical malpractice and/or nursing home neglect/abuse cases is a plus. Medical records experience and Mass tort litigation experience is a plus.
