Medical Malpractice Paralegal The candidate will be serving in case management, drafting pleadings/discovery, investigation, interviewing witnesses/experts, document reviews, collecting, analyzing and summarizing records, trial preparation and research. Must have 3+ years of litigation experience (preferably 2-3 years of experience in medical malpractice), paralegal degree/certificate and a working knowledge of state and federal civil rules. Should be familiar with various areas of law including medical malpractice and personal injury.
