Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal The candidate will draft and respond to discovery, summarize and analyze voluminous medical records, demands and interact with clients in a deadline-oriented environment. Will draft pleadings, discovery, medical and discovery summaries, demands and other legal documents. Coordinate, assemble and prepare documents for production and proceedings. Assemble trial exhibits and trial binders as well as drafting pleading and discovery motions. Communicate with clients, when necessary. The candidate should have an Associate or Bachelor's degree. ABA Paralegal Certificate is needed. Should have 3-7 years of experience in personal injury litigation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills essential. Strong organizational, writing and analytical skills needed. Knowledge of local, state, and federal court rules and filing procedures needed. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc. and Adobe.
