Litigation Attorney, Part-time Candidate will be providing cost-effective pro-active representation to employers, insurance companies and third party administrators in workers compensation cases. handling a reasonable caseload (65-75), most of which are files at Boards in OXN, VNO, LAO, and MDR. Must have 2+ years of experience handling work comp cases. Working together on being pro-active in closing files in a timely fashion. A newer attorney with some general litigation experience is welcome.
