Personal Injury Paralegal/Investigator Responsibilities: Meet with accident victims either at their home or mutual location and gather relevant information regarding the accident as well as getting necessary fee agreements, disclosures, and other forms executed during initial contact with the new client. Meeting with clients and obtaining a summary of the accident. Taking photographs of property damage and visible personal injuries. Interviewing witnesses and taking statements. Willing to regularly drive to surrounding counties to meet with new clients. The ideal candidate will have law enforcement, private investigator, and/or paralegal experience. Must have: Strong work ethic and communication skills. Detail oriented. Must work well with support staff and attorneys. Spanish is preferred.
