Attorney - Financial & Real Estate The candidate must have 1-3 years of experience to handle residential and commercial foreclosures matters and collection matters on behalf of institutional lenders and mortgage servicers. Under partner supervision, will be responsible for the management of a case load of default matters in Missouri, Kansas, and other jurisdictions. Responsibilities include title review and resolution of title issues, foreclosure pleading and document drafting, notice drafting and review, and court appearances. Should have law firm experience and strong communication skills to align with the firm's collaborative and entrepreneurial culture. In addition, experience with the FDCPA and the CFPB is preferred, but not required. Requirements: Manages communications with the client, client advisors and opposing counsel from the time of initial contact through closing; and Implements strong project management and team building skills to better ensure the accomplishment of the client's objectives in a manner that is time and cost efficient. Must have Juris Doctorate.
