Paralegal/Real Estate-Legal Assistant Duties: Preparation and resolution of inspection issues. Preparation of closing documents. Review of tile Insurance Policy. Preparation of closing documents. Communicates concerns and/or questions to partner promptly. Filing. Boxing of closed files. The candidate should have College degree with ABA Paralegal Certificate. Legal experience in lieu of college and a Paralegal Certificate is acceptable. Real Estate experience, and a strong sense of professionalism. Experience in residential or commercial real estate is required. Familiarity with TRID, and HUD closings from start to finish is required. In depth knowledge of EastSoft is helpful. Must also be familiar with the handling and resolving inspection issues and/or the inspection contingency. Strong organizational skills and have the ability to multitask in a busy office. Ability to answer phones in a professional and courtesy manner. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Self starter, follows directions and meets deadlines with minimal supervision. Strong Customer Service Skills, internal and external. Solid computer skills including Microsoft Word, Outlook E-mail, Faxing/Scanning.
