Draft pleadings, written discovery, motions and briefs. Handle depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials. Manage assigned paralegals and medical records clerks. Should have 5 years of litigation experience. Extensive experience in discovery matters is required. Must have extensive experience in taking depositions. Should have excellent legal research, written and verbal communication skills.
