Personal Injury Attorney The candidate will be responsible for all aspects of personal injury litigation, including but not limited to Labor Law, slip and fall, motor vehicle accidents and medical malpractice. Evaluate the merits of a personal injury case. Provide guidance and counsel to clients. Ensure prompt action is taken on all cases. Review and monitor case facts to determine insurance coverage, case value and medical care. Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients. Negotiate settlements throughout all stages of a case. Comply with all legal standards and regulations. Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law. Research and legal analysis. Ability to professionally multitask and meet multiple deadlines simultaneously. Appear for court dates, including but not limited to motions and trials, depositions, arbitration, mediation in all counties. 3 years' experience as a plaintiff personal injury attorney required. Familiarity with various legal documents required. Strong analytical and problem solving skills required. Ability to build rapport with clients required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
