Associate Attorney - Family Law The candidate should have 2 years of family law experience. Draft pleadings, briefs, and other legal documents with a high level of skill and detail. Counsel clients through the litigation process, including hearing and deposition preparation. Conduct discovery with efficiency and attention to detail. Communicate with professionalism, compassion, and persuasion in the courtroom and to clients and opposing attorneys. Organize and strategize complex property division for high-net-worth individuals. Exhibit tenacity and willingness to go the distance to deliver results for clients. Should have Juris Doctorate granted 2019 or earlier. Should have member in Good Standing with Texas Bar since at least 2019. Must have computer skills - including but not limited to Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
