Real Estate Paralegal / Title Searcher Candidate will assist in the title department with extensive real estate practice in both residential and commercial real estate. Will be responsible for real estate title searches, assisting with the preparation of title commitments, preparing closing documents, and assisting with real estate closings and related loan transactions. Must be intelligent and detailed oriented and must be able to travel to conduct searches in local courthouses or attend closings outside our offices. Title experience preferred.
