Litigation Attorney - Community Association Law The candidate will under the general direction of one or more Managing Shareholder, Department Head or more Senior Lawyer with progressively increasing degree of complexity and independence, performs legal work involved in the identification of legal issues, recommendations of appropriate action, resolution of legal problems, interpretation and application of laws, rules, regulations, and other legal authorities; performs legal research; analyzes and prepares pleadings, legal documents, memoranda, and takes lead responsibility in case/project management presentations, including through trial and appeal of client matters. Attorneys need excellent analytical, communication, diplomacy, legal research and writing skills. Must have excellent internal and external client service skills. Must have a juris doctor (JD) and be a member of an applicable state bar. Must have substantive knowledge of law, rules, decisions, practices and civil State procedures. Should have substantive knowledge of effective investigation techniques, case management and presentation of matters to decision-making bodies. Juris Doctor degree required. Must have 3+ years' experience.
