Immigration Paralegal The candidate should have Bachelor's degree. J.D. or LL.M. degree from an accredited US law school is required. Should have 1-2 years of business immigration experience. Previous experience in EB1A, EB2 NIW, and work visa applications is preferred. Previous experience in business immigration, especially EB1A and EB2 NIW is preferred. Chinese (Mandarin) skills are required.
