Deposition/Workers Compensation Paralegal The candidate' must have the ability to work as part of a team, as well as to work independently, with minimal supervision; Should be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel; Should be proficient in drafting documents accurately and clearly including subpoenas, correspondences, etc. Must have knowledge of billing; Organize and maintain documents in the physical file and in the firm's document Management software; Should have Knowledge of legal documents and terminology as it relates to Workers Compensation; Respond to client inquires; Maintain confidentiality of client information in accordance with firm policies.
