Litigation Paralegal Duties: Work up cases in both pre-suit and litigation. Help prepare demand letters. Help draft complaints and discovery. Prepare discovery responses. Coordinate with attorneys during the various stages of a case. Prepare for and attend the trial. Help maintain client relationships. Perform other responsibilities as needed. Qualifications: Extensive experience handling auto litigation and auto insurance claims (PIP, UM, BI). Experience drafting and responding to discovery, coordinating depositions and hearings, issuing subpoenas, and preparing for trial. People-oriented and team player. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and focused. Strong work ethic. Ability to work well with clients.
