Personal Injury Paralegal The candidate duties and responsibilities will include: Management of a caseload of approximately 80 Personal Injury files from interview through settlement. Obtain, review, and organize medical records and bills. Communicate with medical providers and insurance carriers. Prepare, calculate and maintain damage summaries including medical expenses, lost wages, and property damage. Heavy client contact. Familiarity with provider, Medicare, Medicaid and Medical Payments liens required. Associate s or Bachelor's Degree in a related field a plus. Should have 2-5 year's relevant work experience. Experience in managing a caseload of personal injury firm is required.
