Title : Immigration Paralegal

Immigration Paralegal The candidate, under the supervision of an attorney, will be responsible for PERM labor certification processing, persuasive/legal writing of complex non-immigrant (H, L, O, TN visas, etc.) and immigrant petitions (EB-1/2/3), researching and drafting RFE responses and other complex correspondence pertaining to employment-based U.S. immigration matters. Will be responsible for preparation of appropriate forms for submission to various federal agencies. Assist with assembling petitions, supporting documentation, etc. May be required to conduct research. Self-manage a diverse case load, review files, and prepare status reports. Consultation with attorneys will be required. Willingness to perform other duties as assigned. Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of employment-based immigration experience. Experience must include H-1B visa and PERM labor certification processing. Should have strong writing and organizational skills.
