Litigation Paralegal (Class Action) The candidate will assist attorneys with case progression by managing document production (e-discovery, timelines, summaries, redaction, Bates numbering, etc.), conducting legal research, preparing deposition and record subpoenas, preparing case and deposition summaries, preparing exhibits, preparing trial documents, and preparing pleadings for filing with state and federal courts and agencies. Should have exceptional analytical skills be reliable, value teamwork, and is proactive. Must have at least two years of paralegal experience with class action litigation cases.
