Part-time Contract/Associate Attorney The candidate will perform research, draft, and file motions with the superior court, immigration court, board of immigration appeals, immigration waivers, and 9th circuit. Communicate with clients as to case status and updates. Will be responsible for court appearances, discovery review, immigration interviews, DMV hearings, document preparation, client meetings. Must be able to assist with criminal defense, immigration, and restraining order matters. Must have prior court experience and be able to handle a case from beginning to end. Spanish speaking is desired.
